Pools & Beach Access

Each district within WaterSound Beach – the Crossings, Bridges, Beaches and Compass Point I and II – has a uniquely designed swimming pool and gathering area, as well as direct access to the beach via paths, boardwalks and bridges. At WaterSound Beach, all paths lead to the sea! Please note that pool access in the Crossings and Compass Point I and II is limited to condominium owners only.

Camp Creek Lake

A rare coastal dune lake, Camp Creek Lake borders the east side of the community. The lake comes within a few feet of and at times opens up to the brilliant emerald waters of the gulf, creating a rare and thriving wildlife habitat. Docks allow homeowners access to the lake for canoeing or kayaking. Enjoy a beautiful sunset as you canoe on this rare dune lake.

Puttering Park

Enjoy an afternoon with your children or practice your short game at the well-designed 18-hole Puttering Park. It's an activity for all ages and skill levels!

Fitness Center

WaterSound Beach Workout is a state-of-the-art fitness center open to homeowners and resort guests. The fitness center features Technogym equipment as well as Pre Cor equipment installed with television viewing and hook-ups for personal earphones. Dunesider Grill

For casual dining poolside, this seasonal cafe is very popular among homeowners during the spring and summer. No need to leave the fun of the pool for lunch—just walk up to the counter, order lunch and enjoy it poolside.

Golf Car-Friendly

The WaterSound Beach community is golf car friendly for homeowners! In addition to the private roads, many of the boardwalks have been built to accommodate golf cars and there is golf car parking available at the pool areas and some of the beach access areas.

WaterSound Beach is a gated community providing 24-hour roving patrols.

Yacht Pond

Membership and/or access to the WaterSound Beach Club is limited to owners in select JOE communities and guests renting vacation homes through WaterSound Vacations, and is subject to limitations. The membership documents, dues and fees may change without notice. * Access to and use of the WaterSound Beach Club is not included in the purchase of homes or homesites and requires separate membership. Memberships at the WaterSound Beach Club are subject to application and approval and payment of applicable fees and dues.

For homeowners convenience there is an on-site post office located in the GateHouse.
